Registration Process:

• Glo Customers: Registration is straightforward—simply provide your active Glo phone number. To increase your transaction limits, the submission of your Bank Verification Number (BVN) is required for additional validation.
• Non-Glo Customers: You can register using the phone number linked to your BVN profile. Entering your BVN will facilitate the account opening process. It is essential that both Glo and non-Glo customers use their BVN-traced phone numbers for validation purposes.

Account Types:

• Glo Customers: You can establish a tier-2 mobile wallet without needing extensive verification. After BVN validation, customers can open savings and current accounts from any Mobile Money Operator (MMO). These accounts come with a mobile wallet and preset Tier-3 transaction limits, which can be adjusted in the app's settings.

Available Services:

1. Funding Your Account:
   • Via Mobile Banking App: Utilize your existing banking app to select the "send" or "transfer funds" option, enter the recipient's phone number (omit the first '0'), choose 'MoneyMaster PSB' as the recipient bank, input your PIN, and complete the transaction.
   • At a Gloworld Shop: You can deposit cash at any Gloworld shop to fund your wallet.
2. Sending & Receiving Money: Transfers can be made to any bank account or mobile wallet in Nigeria using the beneficiary’s bank account number and name. To receive funds, share your phone number (without the first zero) or your 10-digit NUBAN number.
   
3. Cash Withdrawals: Visit a Gloworld location to withdraw cash. From your app, select 'withdraw', enter the displayed 6-digit agent code at the cashier's desk, specify the amount, enter your Transaction PIN, and collect your cash from the cashier.
4. Airtime & Data Purchases: Recharge any mobile network operator’s airtime or purchase data packs directly through the app with user-friendly options available for selecting data bundles.
5. Cable TV Payments: Access this feature via the app by selecting your provider and entering your customer ID for bill payment.
6. Utility Bill Payments: Use the designated icon on the app to choose your electricity biller, enter your meter number, and complete payment by entering your PIN.

The platform also allows users to save beneficiaries for future transactions and review both recent and historical transactions through the app's 'Transaction' function.
